Austin Hill got his first taste of contending for a NASCAR Cup Series pole Saturday at Talladega Superspeedway, only to have it snatched away by Chase Briscoe at the last minute. The two will share the front row for Sunday’s race, and it was still a career-best effort for Hill in the series.
